As for Vaizards, well I believe people will have to earn the title of Vaizard, specific requirements will be decided later, but when requirements have been met the person is then put into a special battle rp against their inner hollow which I will rp as, the inner hollow will have all the Shinigami's abilities and no more then that.

Bio: Born with a large spiritual pressure stronger then a normal captain, he started to get interested in becoming a shinigami at a young age. Prime's parents were murdered when he was little leaving him and his baby sister alone. Prime tryed to get by the best her could but failed. Hoping to give his sister a better life he gave her up. He soon turned things around once he became a shinigami. Born also with great strength,he was able to find a well paying job along with being a good soul reaper. He joined the 2nd division because of his large spiritual pressure and his strength.
